Please note that making charges and GST are applicable over and above the gold rate.

You’ll be involved at every step — from sketching to final approval. The process typically takes 7 to 21 days, depending on the complexity of the design.
Do you buy back old gold or jewellery?
Yes, we provide buyback and exchange services for gold jewellery. If you wish to sell or exchange your old gold, we first verify the purity using accurate testing methods like a karat meter. Based on the weight and purity, we calculate the value at the current market rate. We also accept jewellery from other brands, provided it meets our quality criteria. Please bring a valid government ID proof (like Aadhaar or PAN card) as per legal requirements.
Do you provide jewellery repair or polishing?
Yes, we offer full-service jewellery care, including polishing, cleaning, resizing, repairing broken clasps, re-setting stones, and soldering broken parts. Our polishing service restores the original shine of your gold jewellery, while our repair team uses precision techniques to fix and restore old or damaged pieces. Depending on the work, the time and cost will vary — we’ll always provide a quote before proceeding.

We can melt your gold, purify it, and use it to create a new design of your choice. While we don’t charge for the gold itself, labour, design, and making charges will apply. We ensure 100% transparency throughout the process and will return any excess gold or wastage back to you.

To keep your gold jewellery shining and in good condition:
Don’t use harsh brushes or ultrasonic cleaners unless recommended.
We also recommend bringing it to us for a professional cleaning and inspection once a year, especially for jewellery with gemstones.

What is your return/exchange policy?
We offer a 7-day return and 15-day exchange policy on jewellery that is unworn, undamaged, and returned with the original bill and packaging. Customized and engraved jewellery may not be eligible for return, but we do our best to accommodate exchanges wherever possible. In case of returns, the value of gold is calculated based on current market rate, and making charges and taxes may not be fully refundable.
